- The agreement
- These terms are between you and Domurad Innovations, Ltd ("we"). Using f+ (extrafunctional) means you accept them and the privacy policy.
- Your account
- You sign in with GitHub. You are responsible for what is done with your account, your team and the sessions you start.
- Your AI account
- You bring your own Claude Code or Codex account and keep to its provider's terms. Each person brings their own; f+ does not pool or pass on anyone's account.
- Your code
- Your code and data stay yours. You let us store and process them only to run f+ for your team.
- What agents do
- Agents' work is held on f+ and goes to GitHub only when a person merges it, on diy/ branches of your project's repository (or as it is made, if the project's owner sets it so). Their work can be wrong, so check it before you rely on it. f+ is provided as it is, without warranties.
- Fair use
- Do not use f+ to break the law, to test systems you have no right to test, or to get around its limits or anyone's terms.
- Credits
- Credits pay for f+'s cloud models. A new team gets a small free amount; more is bought through Stripe, at the price shown before you pay. We refund unused credits you bought within 30 days of buying them.
- Liability
- As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, and our total liability is what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
- Ending
- You can stop using f+ at any time. A team's admins can close or delete it from its settings, or ask privacy@extrafunctional.com to. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
- Law
- The laws of Ontario and of Canada apply, and the courts of Ontario decide disputes.
- Changes
- If these terms change, the date above changes with them. Using f+ after a change means you accept it.
